pastport
pastport is an iPhone app that turns your old tickets into a collection. It finds the ticket emails in your Gmail and makes a collectible card for every concert, game, festival and fight night you've been to. Add a photo or clip from the night, seal the card, and share it with friends.
No sign-in is needed to read this page. pastport is in beta on iPhone through TestFlight.
What pastport does
- Finds your nights. pastport looks through your Gmail for ticket confirmations from sellers like Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek and DICE, and pulls out the event name, venue, city, date and seat.
- Makes each one a card. Every night becomes a collectible card, graded from Common to Legendary, that you can add your own photo or video to.
- Lets you share what you choose. Post a card and the friends who follow you can see it. Cards you don't post stay private.
Why pastport asks for Google access
Sign in with Google creates your pastport account using your name and email address.
Connect Gmail is a separate, optional step. pastport asks for read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly) so it can find your ticket emails and build your cards. It reads only emails that look like tickets, parses them on your phone, and never sends, deletes or changes email. Email contents are not uploaded to pastport's servers, used for ads, or shared. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in the app or in your Google account settings.
Full details are in the pastport privacy policy.
